American Psychological Association (APA) have divided stress in to three different types: acute stress, episodic stress, and chronic stress, each consists of a unique nature, potency, symptoms and specific treatment approaches. Stress is described as natural body’s mechanism, against any potential danger, it activates a combination of different responses in the body; heightened production of strong chemicals, which in excess prove dangerous to human physical and mental health, prolonged can be lethal.
