CBT is a solution focused and time limited approach, usually consisting of up to 12 sessions, each session up to 50 minutes.
CBT is a combination of behavioural and cognitive psychology. CBT model postulates that our thoughts are responsible for the way we feel and behave, it’s not what is happening to us but how we approach it, our way of visualising the experience rather than our life circumstances.
