Often described as (GAD) Generalised Anxiety Disorder, possibly long-lasting condition, with its incessant nature brings anxious feelings relating to plethora of issues or situations. Anxiety often will have psychosomatic effect with varying severity. Feeling “on edge”, irritability, muscle tension, sleep problems and restlessness are among the psychological symptoms. Long-term health condition, biological factors, drug or alcohol abuse history and Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) are among the causes of GAD.
