Gestalt is a humanistic, holistic, person-centred form of therapy, it focusses on individual’s increased awareness, freedom, self-directing, being present in the moment, it’s based upon the existential framework. Gestalt therapy gives attention to how we place meaning and make sense of our world and our experiences.
